SBE 1 IC .665 and Longbeards
« on: February 23, 2015, 02:35:49 AM »
I know people are always getting new guns and want to know what shell/choke to use. Hopefully this will help someone.

The "Winchester Longbeard's", though still lead, impressed me immensely. These are what my brother will shoot this year.

These were the 3" #5

3.5" #6 - huge jump in numbers

The thing I noticed about the LB is that my POI was about 5-6" low at 40. This just means that instead of aiming at the waddles Id put it right on their head. This has been the only shell that has not had the same POA/POI but its not that big of a deal because it is strictly vertical.

Just for fun, this is what Ill be shooting
