Fall turkey hunting with dogs?

We live in the Appalachian mountains in va and here recently some people have been hunting them with dogs. I want to do this, so d u guys know anything bout this, how do u do it, what's the best breed. Thanks

The Boykin  Spaniel and the Byrne dogs are two of the most poplar turkey dogs,  but if you check it out there are a lot of differnt  breeds used. I hunt a Boykin and have done well.
