I've been messing with. Kenny Morgan style callers. I saw some pictures that David (drenalinld) had posted showing some Morgan callers he had picked up and since I didn't own one and they are hard to come by I thought I would build myself one. Using David's pictures I guessed at the size of the call and started messing around. Here's the two I will be hunting with. The first call was already glued up from another project so I started with it and made the beggin hen style caller with a maple sound board the second is more like the friction wood style call made from mud cured osage and persimmon. Both run with ebony strikers. I'm not looking to step on any toes with these just wanted to build a few to hunt with and I'm more than pleased with the results.
