Killed with my Encore 209x12, undertaker choke tube, ballistic products turkey ranger shot cup and turkey trauma HTL #6 and 70grs 777. Shot was 41 yards DRT. Love the muzzleloader. reflex264

Nice going!  I've yet to see a bearded hen except in pictures.

There is a bearded hen at a property I hunt here in OK, it's cool to see, where did you get the muzzleloader encore barrel?

I bought it from a dealer in TN that was closing them out. There are several of them and the forends on ebay right now. It shoots much better than the TK2000 I had. reflexl

thanks! I love my encore and its so simple to maintain, I've never had a shotgun barrel for it but I sure hope to get one of those 209x12s

I looked at Ebay and most of those are gone. There are still some forends. I did find some on auction arms. reflexl

  I really like my Encore with the ml 12g and also just the 12g barrel. I have several real nice turkey guns, but always grab my Encore. Only thing I don't love is the kick.
