Did you even try 40 ? I ran that same set up at 40 today and had 107.

Here is what I have tried
Winchester double Xs5
98 @ 40 in 10

Fed HW with the fcw 7s
107 @ 40 in 10

Fed Turkey Thugs 5s
71 @ 40 in 10

I am going to polish my barrel this weekend and try everything again and see what happens.I will be really happy if I can get the Winchester double Xs into 140-150 range.

Not to spoil your dreams but you will never get 140-150 with XX #5s in a 20 gauge unless you close your distance, regardless of choke.

I have been playing with Win. #5's for quite awhile in a 20ga.
I can get 95-105 out to 38-40 yds,but to get 130-140 you are going to have to shorten your range drastically (20-30 yds)
