I posted some patterns a few weeks ago before I polished my barrel..I got everything in this week to do that and after doing so I wanted to check all of the shells I had.

I will say that before polishing the barrel I was getting a lot better count and density out of the Winchester Double Xs...I had hoped that the polish job would push me just over the 100s and I would be using that shell. The polish job also hindered my #5 turkey thugs.

I don't know why, maybe the 5s like a dirty barrel or something ? I'm kinda hoping someone will have a ideal what happened. My POA and POI was checked at 15 yards, which was dead on.

I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking. Each brand of shell was shot 2 times at a lasered 40 yards.

Fed HW 7s

Winchester Double Xs 5s

Fed Turkey Thug 5s...I had one sheet turned up side down, both shots hit a tad left density wise..I didn't pull the shots

Were the Red or the Blue shot first?  The Red is always higher.  I like the 7 HWT.
