yea, no disrespect meant to the o.p or anyone else, but the more I think about it the harder time I have believing it. I and a few others are running that .650 sumtoy and magblends out of a benelli/stoeger and they are all running right around the 220-250 or so mark with 3"-3.5" shells (at least the pattern pics I've seen here) at 40 yards. So either that distance is inaccurate for any number of reasons or he needs to enter some still target shoots with that gun. Not saying it's impossible but it's really  hard to believe that's a 40 yard pattern.

I will shoot another shell though it and see what happens I found it hard to believe also because that's no near what a I with a 3" mb it could have been just a freak shell

Here my pattern I shot today with a 3.5 Magblend and a sumtoy. 650 348 in a 10" circle at 40 yds

just saw this thread and I am amazed at the pellet density from the Magnum Blend shells WOW

There are 484 pellets in that shell. If 348 are in the 10, that is 72% of the total pellets. Most people struggle to get 50%

I've always shot lead but I might have to send some MBs downrange to see what they do.
