winchester 1300 longbeard pattern
« on: February 15, 2014, 07:39:05 PM »
patterned my 1300 today with lb shells 3" #6s at 40 yrds. the first pic i got 227 in the slightly smaller than 10 in circle, my sights had come loose and moved so i was way high. 2nd shot i moved my sights and poi was left and little high and got 211 hits but i had shot probly 6 other shells in between those 2 shots. im going to clean barrel real good and make a slight sight adjustment and try one more shot at 40 and one at 20 to see how it looks. i also shot it out of my kick gt.640 but only got 166 think thats to choked for this shell.

Great numbers. I'm gonna have to shoot a few thru my 1300 IC .660. What's your barrel length?

I have that same gun and choke.  I hope mine patterns as well as yours.  What sight system are you using with your gun?
