I believe they are Red Shouldered hawks but they may be Sharp Shinned hawks. Maybe someone here will know for sure. They have been living around my place for the last two years and I see them regularly. They aren't big enough to be Red Tailed hawks. I'm not sure which is the male but the lighter colored one is almost tame and lets me walk within ten feet. The darker one is spooky and I have to sneak up on it to get a picture.
