Steak Marinade and Topping

1 cup Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup A1
1/2 squeezed orange
1 cup water

Mix the ingredients together and marinate steak for 24 to 48 hrs. Flip once or twice. After removing steak to cook pour marinade in a pot or pan and sauté mushrooms in it until the sauce is thick. Pour over steak and enjoy. I also add sliced onions with the mushrooms occaisionally.
