first 10 gauge!!!

broke down today and bought my first 10 gauge it is a browning pump with the invector choke system could you guys help point me in the right direction as far as choke and shells go

also anybody lengthening the forcing cone and polishing your barrel...?

I shoot a browning bps with a 24" barrel with an IC .690 and  nitros 2.5oz 7's and the best i got in the ten at 40 was 434.
