Browning Gold Tss choke?
« on: July 11, 2023, 06:59:31 PM »
I'm thinking of loading up some 10 ga #8/9s Tss load & can't decide between IC .690 OR .710 choke
Does anyone have any experience with tss and either choke?

I shoot a 10 gauge NEF single barrel. I have a Rhino .720 and a Trulock .695. Ammo is 2oz. Heavyweight 15cc # 7's. I get a bit hotter core with the smaller diameter but a more even pattern with the Rhino.

With tss you probably are shooting 2.5oz loads with 500 to 900 pellets. I jokingly will say it won't matter which choke you choose with those roman candles....lol.

Good choice to try what you have first! I'm betting you will be pleased with it.
