20ga Stevens 301 barrel question...

I am wanting to add a Stevens 301 20ga to the mix. I see they offer them in a 22" and a 26" barrel. Anyone here have any experience with the two different length barrels? Does one shoot any better than the other? I do not want the camo version (because of the front sight) and will not be shooting the TSS loads. I want the all black gun and know I'll need to add the turkey choke(s).  Any opinions will be greatly appreciated.

I saw one at the gun shop in 410. It’s essentially a NEF single shot but with removable chokes and with a safety on the side.
