looking for mount/panel with fan beard feet

I have used parker panels in the past.  i will post a pic.  it has fan, beard, 2 feet and a hole for 12ga round in middle
I guess they are no longer in business.
looking for something similar. My son shot first with 410 and he wanted a mount like the one i have in my office

any suggestions would be welcome

I just drew a template and reuse it all the time. Not many tools needed for this type of work.  I typically find and old piece of drift wood and use it. Couple of mine and a Jake that's was the 1st bird for a young boy.
