Wormy calls

There's something about calls made out of wormy wood that's quite appealing. Spalted or very knotty woods too, unique, interesting calls with plenty of character. In most other cases these woods would be considered defective, but not for us turkey hunters. Post some of yours favorites or maybe describe them if you can't post a picture.

That's a neat looking call there. These are few of mine.
Macassare over Wormy Persimmon from Marlin Watkins, Spalted Tamarind and African Blackwood Scratch from Cypress Creek Turkey Calls, My first item that had any kind of uniqueness to the wood and only my second custom call Spalted Maple With Green Slate from Mac Turkey Calls

Beautiful calls! Marlin does make some beautiful wormy and spalted calls that are always pure turkey. I’ll try to get a snap shot of a few I have later.
