No pro by any stretch. But I was very happy with how easy it was to play his trumpet.

Interesting. I’m no trumpet expert, actually have trouble now sealing calls properly w some medical issues but even beforehand found the farmer calls I ran the hardest to use. My buddy who is a trumpet expert also feels Farmers are the hardest to use. We talked about it just the other day

I believe that mostly depends on your style of calling. I call with rasp but if you call “clear style” that may be why

Sounds good to me especially for just picking it up!
Thats one i need to buy yet to go with my other trumpets..
Id take it hunting just like the rest or really what good is it..?

Ive never plaued one,but heard the same..Orinal Poster sounded good to me tho for never playing it before..
