One from both.

Lon specializes in stoned aluminum and crystal over carbon fiber calls. Clay makes a mean glass over slate and colored slate calls as well as makes great matching strikers.

Both makers are top end of the price range but Lon will be just a touch cheaper.

noisy box call that seems to sound like a flock of juvenile hens pecking their way through a wheat field

I was thinking this when I posted. If I got one from each I’d get a stoned aluminum from Lon and a glass from Clay.

I have about 25-30 of Lonzo's pots and probably 10-12 from Clay. Both of those guys
make exceptional calls and I usually carry 3-4 of them with me on a hunt. I wouldn't hesitate
to hunt a single call from either one of them. You should definitely get a stoned aluminum
from Lonzo and an Osage glass over slate from Clay, both of those are killers.

There is a beautiful Osage Slate from Clay with matching 2 piece Snakewood striker in our Classifieds right now. Great combo. Striker is one of the best….
