Cutting those checks on the side walls of those scratchboxes is a lot more difficult than most folks realize.....

Thanks Mr. Al and Josh. I really like the three new scratchers you just sent me to add to the existing flock. I have already put the cherry/cedar one in the vest to go to the woods. I appreciate your time once again.

Fellow turkey hunters on here - if you have not checked out SS's calls, you need to do so. You won't beat them if you are looking for calls that will kill turkeys early and often. And when you go look at the scratch boxes - don't forget to also check out his short and money box calls while you are on their web site.

Scratchboxes are the most unheralded call to use, and one of the most effective!

Those look great.  I have one from 2020 in Eastern Red Cedar that I really like!
