You don't see many Perfection tube calls, and the ones you do see normally don't have the Perfection sticker.  The slanted mouthpiece facilitated using Perfection diaphragm mouth calls with multiple reeds.  The theory had merit...

I haven’t seen one of this in a spell. I have a couple box calls and glass calls, was just running a Perfection box yesterday.
