Keep your fingers crossed, hope they make it. Thanks for sharing. Just had 5 bambie's in back yard, but   haven't had a turkey on camera for months.

I'm still waiting to see poults at my place. I saw some on a field edge with their momma a few days ago. I see adult turkeys daily at my place.

While riding ATV’s on our local trail system last week, we had 3 hens cross the road in front of us and none of them had poults.  It was very disappointing.  It’s in the general area where we do most of our hunting.  A few game camera pictures recently have shown lone hens as well.

How old do the poults have to be before they can fly up in the tree at night?

Two weeks at the latest, and I am sure some earlier than that….

Just saw 2 hens with 14 poults, watched them all fly up to roost in a big cottonwood!

How bizarre.  I read this thread earlier today while it was raining, waiting to take the boat.  Did not have anything to add so I did not comment.  We got rained out on our boating adventure, but on the way home I saw a bunch of hens (probably 10 at least) and several of them had poults.  One had a single poult (that I could see anyway, the grass was tall)

Saw a few hens two days ago with at least three poults that were about the size of chickens. Due to the tall grass there could have been more,

Not as cheery  up here. Very small broods and I saw 2 mature hens feeding together with 0 poults. This was on my best farm. There were enough Tom’s around so they should have been bred. Same story for my usual areas where there are tons of poults out now. Not sure what the reason is, but there are a lot more predators around. Seeing bobcats and coyotes during the day now. That’s not normal behavior. They may be up and about, but they are rarely seen. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Seen two hens with 8-10 poults this morning in someone's yard about a mile from my house. They were moving well, ain't sure how old, but not old.
