Franchi Affinity Turkey 24” barrel
« on: May 09, 2022, 08:45:22 PM »
Had a .562 I. C. in this gun but it threw a pretty hot core with the Apex Ninja. Wanted to try a .570 and have found my combo. Adjusted red dot after the shot so the pattern in photo is not zeroed…289/191 with the 8.5 shot….

And those are number eights which will knock him into next week. That set up will stone every bird you shoot from here on out. And Enough wiggle room that with a red dot you will be just fine. Darn fine pattern, but the birds are not going to be happy about it.

I’m torn between the IC .555 or .562 I don’t mind a hot core lol. I just haven’t seen many patterns with the IC .555

I am done with it Bink….with the 8.5 shot, it’s probably as close to 300/200 I’ll get (and I can’t afford the ammo) LOL
