BPS 10 with 24” barrel choke question

Looking into buying a new choke. Plan on shooting Magblends and TSS reloads. Looking at Indian Creek but not sure on .690 or .710. Any suggestions?

690 shot Apex 9's great and handloaded #9's extremely well.
