To get the link for the Banner
Click on "madison cline"
This will take you to the FLickr page
Click on the image
Click the arrow in the bottom right
Highlight the URL and use "Small 400x140"
Next go to your profile
Next go to Modify Profile - Forum Profile
Scroll to the bottom-
In the signature section paste the URL

The Banner will be part of your posts

what a cluster...took wife and daughter to figure it out, had help earlier from another team again, glad it worked. working on team score page now

took a couple trys but got it to work.
One word of advice or clarification is click on the share arrow not the download arrow. Then go to the third tab that says BBCode then select the "Small 400x140" in the drop down and a URL will be shown above it. This is the URL you will copy.
This isn't a nitpick of your directions I just need things spelled out more for me. Hope this helps anybody else that struggles with the internet like I do.

All good, I gave up after 4 hours of trying to get it, had help from another team and wife then daughter to finally get it to work, hope we use all the same banners next year...
