Alibaba thru PayPal with a good credit card seems safe enough if you know how to make sure the shot you get is what you ordered.

However if you're just starting out, I would go through Hal period. There's certainly added value with the variety of load data and easy, reliable transaction.

Was just given a contact that sells for 40.00 a pound, flat rate of 9.45 on the shipping. Fella sold 12 ton last year.  PM me if you would like the info. Stuff is 18g/cc
