I enjoy custom strikers myself. Here's my Lyman's.

Awesome collection of Bills' strikers, I have a small collection of I believe 12 compared to this. Love his strikers!

I have quite a few myself, these are just a few from several different makers.

At the 2022 Unicoi Callmaker's Show, I kept seeing customer's going to Matt Mclain's table purchasing strikers. Finally I went to Matt's table, and I asked Matt about the strikers. He showed me the striker in the picture he has designed and is making. After he demonstrated the striker, I purchased two, one for myself and one for my youngest son. I really like a custom turned, on piece striker...but, I really like this striker, too. This striker changes the game....

I have one of his arrow shaft strikers for wet weather
Does that one have a wood tip? Looks like it does?

Yes, the ones I purchased both have a wood tip. I'll have to say I'm very impressed with his design...they're awesome....
