Guitar Parts and More sells PPSU which their website calls Cue King.  It's listed in the pool cue building supply section.  Mr Trotter shared this link with me recently.  You could probably get it cheaper in bulk but if your just need a single piece this works.  Their black micarta is some of the best out there as well.
