I tossed my hat in the ring and was the high bidder for maybe an hour. Bill Hinckle puts one on and relisted and lowered the price a few times before selling. This one shoots for the moon the first time out.

If I was not in the middle of seeking a house and making an offer on another I would surely try, but like Terry they are already close to the top of my budget.
