ATI 20ga o/u poi/poa issue

Just got this gun and the only problem is the top barrel with tss shoots high and 3" right at 30 yards while the bottom with longbeards shoots low and 3" right...what should I do going forward? I'm this was with a full choke up top and modified down below. I want a more open pattern for 30 yard and in shots with the modified and the top for tss that can reach out to 50.

Test again at 13 yards with barrels perfectly vertical. Use standard 7/8oz lead shot. It should be on horizontally and within a few inches vertically. If not get ATI to fix or get another gun.  I wouldn't bother with one off horizontally. Vertically is ok out to about 4" because the turkey neck is vertical.
