Is a 136 in 10"@40yards good? I would upload a picture, but for some reason can not load it. The IC shoots high and left compared to the stock .695. Does anyone else happen to shoot this combo?

I've always payed more attention to pattern density than pellet count, but I'd think 136 5's would be excellent.

I reshot it at 40 and had 25 in the head. I'm pleased with it now.

I used the IC in my 835 with a 24" barrel, but in my 935 with the same length barrel and LongBeard #5s, I use the Carlsons LongBeard choke. Quite an improvement over the Indian Creek in my gun....

Mine has the 22" barrel. Also I was shooting 3 1/2" #5. Someone told me to try the 3"#5. The 3" patterned better for them.

Never shot the 3.5". Kills on both ends of the gun. I use the 3" 1 3/4 oz load of #5s.

Sounds like I have the same gun , the 935 with the 22" barrel. Like you, I have always shot the 3 1/2" XRs #5 and decided this year to switch to the Federal TSS 3" #9s. I think I will be using 3" from now on, it does seem to pattern more even. I have the Carlsons TSS .675 turkey choke and this 20,30, & 40 with the TSS. Id love to find some 3" Longbeard XR #5 to compare with but they are impossible to find.

I can not find lbxr 3" 5 shot either. My son shot lbxr 3" 6shot last year in a Benelli Super 90 12ga. and it patterned excellent, but you have a better chance of a lighting strike than find a box of 6shot.
