Rob is still in ICU on a motorized rotation bed in a drug induced coma.The swelling in his face has gone down. He was having some problems with fluid on his lungs.  His body is healing slowly. JDale (his daughter) said her dad opened an eye last Saturday, she spent Friday night with my daughter and left to see her dad when she got the phone call.  They may be able to move him out of the motorized rotation bed this week.

Like she told me last night, he is getting better, but in small baby steps.

He was moved to a regular hospital bed and he is stable enough now that they are discussing putting him in the halo for his broken neck. He can move his arms and legs and has feeling, one of the many blessings.

With JDale's dad doing better, the girls headed to the beach for the weekend. JDale was scared to go to the beach with everyone after graduation since he was still in critical condition. Now my wife, daughter, and JDale are headed to the beech for the weekend.
