who would make me a wooden tube goose call?

my father in law recently past away from lung cancer. He has a bunch of old wood that has been in his barn for over 30 years. What size wood would a person need to make a wooden tube goose call? And what would the cost be?
Any help for sentimental call made would be greatly appreciated.
