Here's how good darins groove boxes sound,,twice this year on separate occasion s experienced guys set up next to me on huge public lands believing I was a real hen that would eventually call in a gobbler.
When I got up and moved they saw me and apoligised. and both said they thought for sure I was the real thing and wanted to know WHAT call I had.
I'd love to think it was my skill but it was the call.
The ultimate compliment to the call and callmaker. You obviously deserve some credit also.
What is Darrin's current wait?
May have to get me one of these limbas in a grooved side.

Back about 8 months ago , when i got my box from him , he had butternut checkered box , and he played it for me .. So go figure ... it might of just been one he was holding ...but i could of bought the call...
