Title: Franchi Affinity patterns
Post by: powderburnt on April 26, 2020, 03:45:11 PM: Here is some 40yd patterns I shot today with my Affinity and Sumtoy .670 choke. Not really what I'm wanting but decent. Post by: Borden811 on April 30, 2020, 06:08:36 AM: Just my opinion, but if that second pattern says federal heavy(15g) and that says “180”, I’d shoot a few more to make sure it’s consistent numbers wise. If it is, I’d buy as many more of those shells as you think you’ll use in your life, plus a few more boxes, and get to crushing turkey faces!

I like the 191 thru the SSX pattern

Post by: powderburnt on May 06, 2020, 05:01:56 PM: Here's a few more patterns shot today with a Carlson's .650 choke. All turkey loads was shot at 40 yards. Shot some field loads at 30 yards to check pattern because I hunt in the woods and most of my shots is under 30 yards. I think the 7.5 load would crush a turkey at 30 and under. Then I would go to Rogers website and buy as many as you can afford because those are THE BEST-MOST CONSISTENT patterns I've seen out of that shell. Do you shoot the 3.5" in the Federal Heavyweight or just 3"?
