Old thread but an update. I don't know what happened to the NWTF muzzleloading records but it appears that some were removed. My guess is improper documentation. Mine in the typical eastern muzzleloader bird got bumped up. It is now the #2 Eastern in the world and has the world record beard and longest spur by muzzle loader. Pretty tickled. The sad part is he was bleeding so bad that he lost enough weight by the time I got to my witness to weigh him that it dropped him out of being the world record. Stuff happens. I am still tickled.
