Title: Amazing little wingbone
Post by: Southerngobbler on March 14, 2020, 01:18:20 PM
Just got this one from Tony Ezolt. EZ on this site. This thing is incredible, I've made my own wingbone  calls in the past but they don't play anything like this one, this is the real deal. I'm getting a pretty good collection of trumpets now but this little guy is my favorite soft talker for now and will be around my neck next Saturday for our opener.

Sweet looking wingbone. I played a few of his at Unicoi. He was super nice to visit with, when I decide to try a wingbone, I'll be calling him.

He makes a good product, very nice and helpful after the sale as well with lots of hints and tips to the people that are new to them. I did not know he had a website though.

I misread this "Just got this one from Tony Ezolt. EZ on this site." as Just got this one from Tony Ezolt. EZ on His site. Sorry about that.

Congrats on your new wingbone from EZ.  I have a few of his calls and I love em all.  They run easy, sound great and a good wingbone can turn a bad day in the turkey woods int a good one!

Love my EZ calls. Had great results with them. Worked several stubborn old birds in with them last year.

Looking forward to using them this year.

That looks awesome. I put in an order with him the other day for a Wingbone and Jordan style. He was extremely helpful with me.

Know basically nothing about wingbone calls, what would make his calls sound better than any other?  Not debating it just curious, have the wing bone removed from my last bird and will be building 2 calls.

That is one purdy call!

Thanks

I can say with firsthand confidence and knowledge that Tony's wingbones are perfectly tuned during the build process.

Not all wing bones make good calls. Some are too large and other issues.
