Thanks guys,  I just changed to a smaller opening lip stop which I think gives more sound control.

What's the difference between the larger and smaller tubes?

Gotcha. Are the shorter ones easier to use?

What's the difference between the larger and smaller tubes?

In general the length and diameter of the tube are about personal preference.  The length and diameter of the tube aren't as important as latex tension.
Set tension tight for a higher pitch and looser for a raspier sound.  These are things you will find out by experimenting.
