Title: Mossberg Sa-20 cycling issues
Post by: Hammer head on April 30, 2019, 10:03:10 PM
1st post on the forum !  I've really enjoyed reading all the post for the past couple of years and I couldn't stand it  anymore I had to join. I need some help trouble shooting my Sa-20 when I fire a round it will eject fine but the next shell will stay in the magazine tube like it has never tried to be released. It will manually cycle from the tube with no problem when I unload. I've only shot 3 in loads fhw new and old along with win long beards and it does this about half the time. Any sugestions?

I recently bought one and it was over greased from factory, I stripped it down and cleaned it before shooting. If you haven't already done so, that's where I'd start.

Thanks I will give it a good cleaning then run a few thru it before I head to the woods. Last week I took a Tom early one morning and continued to hunt for my 2nd. I got a surprise when I tried to poke another shell up the tube and it was full it was a weird feeling since it was a new gun.
