Title: Gwaltney Osage
Post by: mspaci on March 18, 2019, 09:36:54 PM
Just got this osage in from Gregg, do yourself  favor & try one. Great fit & finish but more importantly as great a sound as Ive tried. Fast service as well. I think he took a third at nationals & I can see why. Ive played & owned some nice trumpets & this is IMO as good as any Ive played.  Thanks Greg, Mike

Congrats on a mighty fine horn from Greg! I have a Aussie blackwood that  is easy to draw air and runs all turkey!

I got the same trumpet and it is a beautiful call. I had the pleasure meeting Gregg at Unicio this year and he is a great guy. He is the type of guy you meet and it seems like you’ve known him for years. I was glad he won third in Nashville. Well deserved!

I am really liking my last one in the desert ironwood.  It runs good and looks even better.
