What is the story behind these? I've never heard of them before now
I might have to call them to see how legit this is.
I have a cabelas brand that is very similar. I like it a lot. Fortunately I have a backup with tags in my closet so I am good. $70 bucks is expensive for what it is in my opinion, but I am a big believer in a leafy jacket.
Is the lower stomach pocket have Velcro, if so I would rather have zippers to be quiet. Love the pullover style .

IT is a zipper. That pouch is incredibly handy.

I wear a small/medium but I have heard such good things I ordered 2 of these. I'll make some modifications once they come in. Excited to try it out! I'm a believer in the leafy suits to break up outlines.
Would love to own one but afraid a large would swallow me. I'm 5'5" and 160 lbs. Anyone have any idea on how big the large is?

Awesome news!!! I've been wearing mine since 2012 and it's starting to get a bit faded from too many washings during bow season. The old one is a size M/L, wonder if the new version fits the same?

I spoke with them on the phone and the guy I spoke with said they run a little big but that some time this year they will have smaller sizes available.

Yeah me too. Looking good. I left mine on a fence post on a WMA and didn't realize it until I got home. I was lucky to get another one because they had already discontinued them at that point.

Mesh base with solid polyester panels running the length of the underarm and down the side. Maybe 4" +/- wide

Got mine end of last week...Cant wait to wear it in the field!
Got mine today after ordering it last week and it seems to be good quality. The arms seem a little big but fits good overall and I got M/L and I usually wear a L. Can't wait to try it out.
Got mine and I will keep it nice and new as a backup. My original is still going strong, but you never know. I am so glad that I was able to get another.
Anybody with an original one able to make comparisons? Are they virtually the same thing?
They are very close. The backing on the new one is a much finer mesh than the old one. I'm a little worried that might make it hotter, but it also might make it more bugproof.
Are they the original Obsession pattern or the newer Obsession?
To me it seems this runs a little slimmer and the arms are slightly shorter than the original. Like someone said the mesh is a little finer which may help with the bugs. Cant wait to use it in a few weeks.
This is awesome.. glad I saw this today.. the leafy parts of mine have some unstitched from catching on fences.. my zipper broke on mine years ago and I have been wanting a new one for years.. but never wanted another kind as I loved that one.. Order placed today :)

Got mine yesterday. Nice jacket, same layout as the original but totally different material.
I think you will find that they are cooler and are well made.
