Can someone tell me if the NWTF Win 1300 is factory drilled and tapped? I'm only talking about the guns that have the camo wood laminate stock and forearm - ones made in the late 80's.
most are but there are a few that are not.
I have an '80s NWTF laminated stock version (first run) and no, it is not drilled and tapped for scope. I don't know for sure when any were offerred with drilled and tapped receivers but the first I saw was on the black shadow version (non-nwtf) that came out sometime in the '90s. I have one of those as well.

I sold dozens and dozens of the NWTF 1300 Winchester's back in the late 80's and they didn't come drilled and tapped.
