I'm looking for a scope base for my Super X2. All I can find is saddle style bases and I'm not crazy about how they look. Can anyone suggest a good base for this gun that is not a saddle-style?

Carried mine to a local gunsmith and had him drill and tap it and put a picitiny rail on it .Winchester did not recommend drilling and tapping but I have had a Eotech 512 mounted on it for several years and shot many 3.5" hot Nitro loads thru it with no issues.
Mine came drilled and tapped for a scope from the factory. I'm just looking for the right scope base.

I bought one for my SX3 straight from Winchester for 30.00....someone mentioned that another would fit for alot cheaper...but, I don't remember which one.
I sent you a PM. I just got one for my SXP from weaver. Got it for 7.99 off amazon. 416T is the number. It says it's for the 1300/1400, but it fits my sip perfectly. You may look into that.
