Title: Doing my part in the off season
Post by: Thebody on December 06, 2015, 09:26:22 PM
Saw several turkeys this Fall hunting in NY.  Dreaming of the day I can move back to GA, I sure don't remember GA yotes being this pretty.

If you've never seen turkeys in the snow, let me tell ya, it's a sight.  I watched a flock of 20 darn near lay down and get covered in snow.  When it stopped they just shook it off and went back to being turkeys.  They must have stayed still for 2 hours

Nice job on the yote!! They are everywhere! Even down here in FLA we are overrun with them. They even have them beachside eating people's pets!!  :o We shoot every one of them we see!
Must have been cool to watch those turks in the snow. I'm already seeing strutters down here in FLA! I'm pumped!!

Nice shootin', congrats on the yote. It's good sized, is it a male?

I'll add a picture of an Adirondack game killer for comparison.

Nice. Always wanted to do some coyote control. Tons of them where I'm from in Florida.
