Title: Benelli M2, .660 Jellyhead Maximum, Hevi 6's
Post by: Nate K on March 30, 2015, 07:40:12 PM
Benelli M2 12 gauge with a 28" barrel
.660 Jellyhead Maximum
Hevi-13 #6's (3") (2oz)
40 yards measured
70° sunny and calm

Best pattern was 174 in a 10" circle and 32 in a three in the center of the 10". Second pattern was 172 in the 10" and 32 in the 3".

I have been looking at getting a sumtoy in .650 or an Indian creek in .660 and was wondering if any of you guys shoot those chokes in a benelli with hevi shot loads?

I also shot Hevi shot Mag blends and averaged 150 in the 10".

I haven't shot the hevi..But have shot LB 6s with a Sumtoy 650 and a IC 665...Both out done your numbers.

Mine is a 21 inch barrel...I like the IC better.

I know what I've got will kill a turkey but it seems like a $5 shell should be putting up better numbers.

Check out my post about my Stoeger M3500, from what I understand they are similar.
