I used to have a turkey dog back in 2002-2005 and used him often (died of epilepsy). I have been considering a dog. Today I learned that WV has made it illegal to use a turkey dog, when did the law change?

im pretty sure its been like this for the past ten years atleast but not sure really never payed attention
After checking I have found that dogs are permitted in the Fall. As well another forum member who uses dogs says they are legal for Fall.
good deal never tried hunting them with dogs do they run them to u? how does it work
I grew up in central va - and a friend and his dad were really big into turkey hunting. they used dogs in the fall. the dogs find the turkeys and break them up - then you call them back. that's how they hunted. my friend called turkeys with his voice, he was really good.
