Let us know how it shoots for you. I have been thinking about getting some of it to try in my TK2000.

First tries wern't successful. It appears to be melting the wad even afterstacking two thick over powder wads under the cup. Patterns were all over the place. Back to the drawing board. reflexl

What kind of wad and how much powder?

70grs 777, TC Shot cup, .125" cardboard over powder and .025" wad over shot. Same combo that shot so good with lead #5. Bumped up to 80grs 777 and it went hog wild. Fixen to try 120grs RS. reflexl

Within a few grains on the weight. I have a load made up with the shot in a finger from a pair if nitrel gloves inside the wad cup with no over the shot wad. May get to shoot it tonight. reflexl

Is it the 10 g/cc or the 13 g/cc.If it is the 13 i would think you may have to back off the amount of shot being used that it is heavier than the lead shot.Im thinking you may have pressure issues resulting in the melted wad and blown pattern.Let us know how ya make out?

I bought some turkey ranger wads to go with the shot. Nothing I have tried works nearly as good as the #5 lead  in the TC cup over 777.

You might try adding mylar wraps to the inside of the shot cup. Here's a link to some from bpi. http://www.ballisticproducts.com/searchprods.asp

Alot of sub-links at that BPI link below.  I couldn't find anything about mylar wraps.   But I'm also curious what kind of spacers or wads you guys are using between powder and the shot cup.   I haven't been using anything other than 85gr 777 immediately under and unslit 3.5" shotcup (BPI) of #6 HeviShot.  Excellent patterns at 40 yds.  Flopped a gobbler at 46yds last season.  No problem.
But always looking for better.  May try some TSS#8 or #9.   Curious about "spacers" between powder and cup....and also within the cup if I want to use something less than a full.

Thanks for sharing any thoughts.

I forgot to come back and post this. Finally got it working with the turkey ranger shot cups. Took this bearded hen at 40 yards.
