WALKED IN LOCAL PAWN SHOP AND BOUGHT THIS. REM YOUTH WITH 21" BARREL FULL CAMO. I BOUGHT ONE SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND REGRETTED SALEING. LOOKING AT GUN I FELT THAT IT WAS NEW. NO WEAR ON SLIDE BARS AND SHOWED NO SIGHT OF HAVING BEEN FIRED IN BARREL. IT HAD A MOD CHOKE. I GOT A LOW MOUNT FROM SUMTOY AND HAD GUN DRILLED AND TAPPED. PUT A HOLOSUN 507c ON IT AND INSTALLED LIGHTER TRIGGER SPRING. NOW ALL I HAVE TO DO IS WAIT FOR TURKEY SEASON NEXT YEAR
ALSO GOT A I/C CHOKE FOR IT

Don't know why receiver is showing up so dark when it's same color as butt and barrel

Oldmason, they are great little guns. Pretty handy for sure. I have one that I used this year, first turkey hunts with a 20 gauge. I hunted and took a turkey with my 12 gauge Ithaca, it's hard leaving it home. But that Remington will make a believer out of you. I got mine in a trade and it came with a 555 Indian Creek, Also came with a Bushnell FF3. Patterns awesome with Burgess Creek 9s, Foxtrot ammo 9s. But I started handloading as well.
Enjoy your new gun.
Have a good one and May God bless, Bocephus
