It will be interesting to see the last second bids and how many new bidders come in at the end. I find it surprising that an experienced seller neglected to put the word "trumpet" or "yelper" in the EBay title. There are probably interested buyers who will never see the listing because of this oversight.

Yeah, I almost nailed it. I would love to have one for sure. I sure ain't going to put down on whoever bought it. I believe it is a part of our history, and there's only so many of them around. All in what you like.

Good to see a quality call from a quality human being go for good money. Rev. Farmer is the most highly regarded in the business of trumpet building. The selling price reflects that.

If you're hoping for a bidding war, definitely. If you're wanting to set a high buy it now price, I would think some of the turkey groups on Facebook would get the most exposure.
