The reason old Zelmo left his cart in the parking lot was he was having problems with his lumbago. He picked up a box of pop tarts and set it off. Poor old feller was backing out of his driveway and sneezed. Ran over his cat and 3 mailboxes before he got his Yugo stopped. Yep. He will be around.

As the designated official director of the GOATs harrassment campaign, I would like to point out that the GOAT bulldogs are doing a great job on the Killer B's, Roarin' 20's, and the Scattered Flock, but I would also point out that sufficient attention is not being paid to Guns and Hoses, Limbhangers, and Strut Stoppers. So the team occassionally gets into Gobblenut's southwest agave happy juice and is a little unstable on our feet, but son when the sun is just cracking the horizon and old tom turkey is in range, it's stone cold sober killer time. Old goats ain't the only thing hittin the dirt. Dead men don't talk but dead gobblers speak volumes. Litttle boys pretend to be NBA/NFL superstars, wannabees and those other pretender teams just dream of being a goat.

Thanks for the memories, that was taken back in my old grouse hunting days. Grouse are like all but gone now, just like the future of Scattered Flock's Team. Soon to be only a memory. Oh yeah, a bear is not the only thing that poops in the woods. We always took depends along on turkey hunts as a decoy tactic. We'd park a truck at a gate we new had no turkeys and throw a depends in the bushes so gullible hnuters would think, "this is where those old timers kill all their birds". They were just bait.

His promoters told him if he wants to go the Dollar General route and reach a larger consumer base he would have to drop his CDs to .99 cents. It's in the wind that he's holding out to try to make a deal with their upper class sister store Popshelf. He has had at least two positive reviews on his turkey calling that he showcases between some of the musical tracks on the CD, track 3, Busted Pipes was also one of the reviewer favorites.

I got tired of getting sick and bought one of the digital versions, you can just drive by real slow, stick it out the window, hit the trigger and get its temp instantly, saves you from stopping if it's been there awhile. Hey Lacire, I had my first Dollar store parking lot concert over the weekend. I had my stage crew collect all the panties thrown on the stage. I am having them made into face mask for the other teams on Old Gobbler. They're a roaring $20.00 each, $25.00 if you want it washed. Order early for best color choice. I am dying some eathtone brown for better concealment :TooFunny:. I did learn not expect much folding money in the collection pot.

Yah, I already heard about the concert on social media. I think you took it the wrong way though so don't count your turkeys before they're hatched. Every Sunday a group of older ladies take a long bus ride from CHB, the Convalescent Hospital for the Blind to do some shopping. They had just gotten off and had to pass your stage at the Dollar General when you let out a screaming hot turkey hen call into your mic, it scared them so bad that they all wet themselves. What your stage crew reportedly picked up was forty wet depends.

Goats don't need no stinking thermometer, vast roadkill experience has taught us to give it the sniff/stiff test, if you can't get past the first test no need for the stiff test, but if you pick it up by the feet and hold it out and it stays like this :newmascot:, best give it a pass for eating. But that book would still have tips for getting it photo ready, think of the ammo you'll save with your teams spray and pray method of shooting at the whole flock (your logo says it all)

Gosh bowflex, thank you for the post, great find. I didn't know that it was being rereleased so I'll need to check up on the royalties. Boy does that bring back the memories, that was over 50 years ago, a little blurry but I'm fourth from the left. It's looks comical now and the cover was actually printed wrong, the group was the Teddy Bears and was supposed to be a tribute album to Elvis Presley. I don't tell this story very often anymore but the cover was shot a few months before Susan Dey and I broke up. When the promoters invited the band to what I thought would be a posh turkey dinner I took her with me. When we arrived lo and behold the record company had arranged for Elvis to greet us. I had never seen anybody eat a fried banana and peanut butter sandwich with bacon before but we each ended up ordering one. I think it was in late 1970 around Thanksgiving, I do remember him remarking about the album cover and asking where we had purchased our pants. I think his was the only album I ever autographed.

As it turns out, I was in church. I minister in a Juvenile corrections facility and we constantly warn the young men of certain types of people to watch out for. This thread has been a good teaching tool in comparing saints (G.O.A.T.S.) to lost and desperate people.

I think we done skeert them off. They know the GOATS team is the epitome of good-looking, manly, intelligent, and just plain deadly. Our seasons are getting close, and hell is about to be unleashed (on the turkeys, of course). Good thing most of us don't do social media, cause with our good looks and knack for style and flair, we would be running the instaglamers and goobtubers out of bidness.

I figured that to be true and that's why you're pointing them out to Gobblenutter since he'll shoot anything. Did Gobblenutter get one of those new Redhead remote strut stakes for his New Mexico opener? I sent him my E-call but told him not to put it on the pig setting since he's always having those nightmare flashbacks of Deliverance.
