I have 4-5 carved handled scratchboxes that I decorated with pinecones and pine needles. The front and the soundboard are made from Burmese Teak, and the carved handle and frame is maple. It is stained with a walnut stain. I made these as my basic carved handle scratchbox hunting call. They are raspy. The turkeys like this combination. This is an after Unicoi sale. When these are sold, I will not be making any more decorated like these. For whatever reasons, customers seem to want something with strutting gobblers instead of pinecones and pine needles on them, so these have been slow sellers.
