That's correct. The 407k is the RSMc micro footprint in a single 6 MOA dot.
The 507k is the same RSMc micro footprint but with a 32 MOA circle/2 MOA dot combination that can be customized to just the dot, or circle as well. Both optics come in red and green, but this one is red.
Anything that's RSMc ready, such as the new Mossberg 940 Pro, these are the best current option in that footprint to avoid having to run an adapter plate and losing your recessed co-witness with the fiber optics.
How is it size compared to say an ff3 or venom?

Here's a chart with all holosun sizes and footprint. Not sure on venom or burris but the 407k or 507k are their smallest ones and personally way more durable than those other 2.
